COVID-19 Health and Safety Procedures

The wellness and safety of our community is our top priority. We take the health of our employees and clients very seriously, and have adapted our procedures in order to provide the safest experience for our staff and clients during the COVID-19 pandemic. Throughout these challenging times, we remain focused on providing you with our delicious food and excellent service.

Covid 19 and health and safety protocols are followed for all corporate catering services.

Our Procedures

  • Our A-rated catering kitchen stays up to date on all local, state and CDC guidelines for safe food handling, following all guidance changes during COVID-19.

  • We follow social distancing within our kitchen, offices, and at off-site events, and all employees have their temperatures checked at the start of their shifts.

  • Our administrative and kitchen staff, servers, and gloved in-house delivery drivers are trained in safe food handling practices.

  • Clients can request that City Kitchen employees use PPE (personal protective equipment) when handling food and/or interacting with colleagues and guests at offsite events.

  • Our catering kitchen is thoroughly sanitized at the start and end of the day, and frequently throughout daily operations.

  • We can adjust our menu and service plans to minimize contact between guests, and between staff and guests at the client’s request.

We are happy to customize menus and service procedures depending on the needs of your event, of the venue, or the health needs of you and your guests.
